Delete Your Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your NLCP Portal account, operated by Noblesville Low Cost Pharmacy, and what happens to your data when you do.

How to request account deletion

You can request deletion in either of these ways:

1. In the app: open NLCP Portal, go to Profile → Delete Account, and follow the prompts. Your request is sent securely to our pharmacy team.
2. By contacting us: email info@noblesvillelowcostpharmacy.com or call 317-231-5252 from the email or phone number on your account and ask us to delete your account.

We verify each request against the account owner before processing it.

What data is deleted

When your request is processed, we delete your NLCP Portal account and its associated app data, including:

• your account profile (name, email, phone number, date of birth, mailing address);
• your login credentials;
• saved delivery addresses and saved payment methods;
• in-app messages with the pharmacy team;
• photos and documents you uploaded through the app.

App account data is deleted within 30 days of a verified request.

What data is retained, and why

As a licensed pharmacy, we are legally required to keep certain records even after your app account is deleted. We retain prescription and dispensing records and related billing and transaction records for the minimum period required by applicable federal and state pharmacy, health, and tax laws. These records are stored in our pharmacy systems separately from the app and are not accessible through NLCP Portal after your account is deleted. They are retained only for legal and regulatory compliance and are deleted once the required retention period expires.
